Project Description

Apple and the design team from Ennead created a concept to covert the confined indoor mall space experience to an inclusive outdoor civic space with impeccable style and feel.  The two story, split level store creates a one of a kind experience that ranges from the sophisticated interior space to the beautifully integrated outdoor amphitheater.

The ATACCON contributions to this award-winning project, included the planning and installation of the following systems:

• Ceiling system in the Sales Area Interior that extends outdoors to create a cantilevered shading device. The ultra-high performance concrete system is a custom designed coffered system with apertures resulting in an elegant interior look while cantilevering to the exterior to shade the amphitheater and glass façade.
• Strut Support Systems for support of ceilings, walls, millwork, and other miscellaneous equipment
• Precast Concrete Finishes to form the integrated outdoor amphitheater
• Stainless Steel Column cladding
• Miscellaneous items including Fabric Cloud Ceiling, Videowall, Wall Finishes, and various Millwork
