Aaron's career in the Construction industry began nearly 25 years ago. During this time, Aaron has held a range of positions including Estimator, Project Manager, and Regional Manager of multiple profit centers in different states.

Tony Sawyer - Vice President, Construction Operations (Co-founder)
Tony began his effort to develop his skills as a craftsman at a young age. During his career he has held a range of positions including Journeyman Carpenter, Carpenter Foreman, General Superintendent, and Regional Construction Manager.

Peter Mallon - Estimator/Project Manager
Peter is a graduate of Michigan State University where he majored in Building Construction Management. Peter’s experience in the industry has ranged from construction management of large Federal building projects to specialized custom Retail spaces. Peter is responsible for Estimating and Project Management of Mission Critical, Strut Specialty, and Specialty Interior/Retail projects.

Jennifer Rau - Accounting Manager, CPA
Jennifer is a seasoned Accounting and Tax expert that has held a wide range of roles including Accounting - P&L management for numerous small companies during her former ownership of an Accounting and Tax service firm.
